Motorized Groups of BC Reinterate their support
The consortium of motorized recreation groups of BC have come out with an updated endorsement of the Cascade Skyline Gondola Project. This updated letter was after the review of the revised tenure application for the project that reduces its footprint to approx 350hc and any overlaps or conflicts. The groups are - ATVBC Quad Riders Association of BC, BC Off-Road Motorcycle Association, BC Snowmobile Federation and the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC. These four groups represent thousands of outdoor recreation enthusiasts.

Mayor of Chilliwack urges Premier Horgan to Approve Cascade Skyline Gondola
I am writing to you to express my support for the Cascade Skyline Gondola Project. I understand that applications are underway for tourism projects in this area and want to underscore my support for this particular project, due to its respectful and long-standing relationship with Cheam First Nations, proposed accessibility features in all facilities, and the economic impact to the region....We are aware that another application has been submitted for this area, for the proposed Bridal Veil Mountain Resort project. The City of Chilliwack does not support this application, and instead we urge you to approve the Cascade Skyline Gondola project. - Mayor Ken Popove

This is the only project in North America for which we are currently offering financing and is a testament to our belief that this project is of significant value to the community and has long term sustainability and viability.
